The grand monumental complex of Cima Grappa consists of the following places: Monumental Shrine, Italian Ossuary, Chapel of the Madonnina, Heroic Way, Rome Portal – Austro-Hungarian Cemetery, Vittorio Emanuele III Gallery, Historical War Museum 1915 – 1918. It stands on the summit of the Grappa massif at an altitude of 1776 m above sea level. To get there from Romano d’Ezzelino (VI), take the Strada Cadorna, completed in October 1917 to provide logistical support to the defensive lines.
Cima Grappa is easily accessible by car thanks to a parking lot near the Shrine.
A series of trails of varying difficulty begin here, offering the opportunity to explore the area on foot and immerse yourself in nature.
Comfortable shoes and appropriate clothing are recommended, as Cima Grappa is located at an altitude of 1,776 meters.
